Coming from the heart of Amsterdam my client wanted to feel the quality's of the city in the new office, not beiing in the citycentre.
'The tree trunk'; in the center, where the vital functions, kitchen, toilets, copying and bar, are located. The employees, like branches, have their desk in open or enclosed spaces. An open and pleasant admosfeer. The use of wood, clay plaster and c2c materials intensify this feeling.
The blooming japanese cherrytree, as was in the garden of the previous office, symbolises the link between trunk and employee.
